FOOD IS GOOD.
I don't care what the fashion industry is trying to tell us, I don't care about hipbones, collarbones and cheekbones, I don't care how "Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels". Honestly, how amazing is food?
I can tell you. On a scale from one to ten, food is 9283648764. So you've only taken an apple to school and you don't want to eat anything in the school cafeteria because the food looks gross? No big deal. No big deal.
Because nothing compares to the first bite of your favorite dish after a long day of starving. Your stomach is empty, your brain is clouded, you're feeling dizzy and during the entire day you had to press your hands on your stomach in class to keep it from growling. I'd say it's time for your favorite dish. Doesn't matter if it's croissants and coffee that you eat for lunch, pizza, spaghetti, a hamburger, your favorite salad, cupcakes, chocolate, sushi or 2 litres of pumpkin soup. It's just food.
Food is good. Food is amazing. Food is your friend.
So stop feeling guilty and eat up.

#7 One day in the woods.
Is there anything more calming than spending one day outside, far away from the city life, with no strangers passing you by, no kids crying, no people screaming? It's such an amazing, relieving feeling to finally be surrounded by nature, to walk through the woods with nobody else; just you and your thoughts.
We are just people in the end. We weren't made for the city life. We can't keep worrying and over-thinking. Sometimes we just need to get away from everything. Neither having to think about your problems nor about the decisions that are waiting to be made and just become one with the world. That's what we need from time to time.
You can feel your thoughts become easier, your body become lighter, you'll start to feel safe between the trees. And the best thing is: you can laugh, you can scream, you can cry, you can run around acting like a total idiot without anyone noticing it.
So if you ever feel like it's getting heavy on your shoulders and you need to get away from everything, just spend One Day in the Woods.
